Nous fournissons des services pour les entreprises, les particuliers, les administrations et autres institutions.<\/p>\n

En tant qu’avocats<\/b>, nous r\u00e9pondons \u00e0 vos questions par des conseils, vous repr\u00e9sentons devant une autorit\u00e9 de conciliation ou un tribunal et vous accompagnons dans les n\u00e9gociations contractuelles.<\/p>\n

En tant que notaire<\/b>, je r\u00e9dige pour vous des actes publics en tous genres, notamment des contrats immobiliers, matrimoniaux et successoraux, des cr\u00e9ations et des liquidations de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, des associations et des fondations. Je suis \u00e9galement \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019\u00e9tablir des l\u00e9galisations de signatures ou de copies.<\/p>\n

En tant que m\u00e9diateur<\/b>, je vous soutiens dans la r\u00e9solution alternative des conflits extrajudiciaires et juridiquement contraignants ou en tant que mod\u00e9rateur dans les processus de d\u00e9veloppement d’\u00e9quipe et la prise de d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes principalement actifs dans la r\u00e9gion Bienne – Seeland – Jura bernois et disposons d’un vaste r\u00e9seau de contacts avec les autorit\u00e9s et les prestataires de services.<\/p>\n

Nous parlons allemand, fran\u00e7ais et anglais et sommes donc en mesure d’effectuer notre travail ind\u00e9pendamment des barri\u00e8res linguistiques.<\/p>\n
